Terms of Service

nexastep.in is operated by NexaStep Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices shown include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout. We recompute every price server-side when an order is placed, so the amount you are charged is the amount shown on the order — not a figure sent from your browser.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, a price is materially wrong, or the delivery address is not serviceable. If we do, you are refunded the amount you paid less the payment gateway charge set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Custom printed work

For made-to-order labels you are responsible for the artwork, barcode data and text you supply, and for confirming the proof. We print what is approved.

Your account

Accounts on NexaSTEP share a sign-in with our other platform, TrueGTIN. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are the courier's and are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production or profit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction.
