About NexaSTEP

NexaSTEP supplies and supports handheld batch coding machines for manufacturers, packers and exporters across India. We stock a curated range — a handful of machines we have actually run, rather than a catalogue of forty near-identical imports — so that when you tell us what your pack is made of, we can tell you which one to buy and which cartridge goes in it.

We are a trading name of NexaStep Technologies Private Limited, the company behind TrueGTIN — the GS1 and serialisation platform. That connection is why these machines matter to us: TrueGTIN generates the unique codes, and a handheld coder is what puts them on the pack. Same team, same workshop in Pune.

A range we actually know

Every machine we list is one we keep in the Pune store, have printed with ourselves, and can answer questions about without emailing a supplier first. That is the whole reason the range is short. The specification sheet is rarely what decides whether a handheld coder works for you — whether the person selling it can tell you which ink your surface needs, and what a cartridge actually yields, usually is.

It also means we say when none of them fits. Above a few thousand packs a day on a line that never stops, you likely need a fixed in-line coder rather than a handheld one — we will point you at the right machine, or tell you plainly if it is not something we sell. You will hear that from us before you pay rather than after.

Buying from us

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. Order before 12 noon, Monday to Saturday, and it leaves Pune the same day by tracked courier — after 12 noon it goes out the next working day. If you are nearby you can collect instead — store pickup is free, books no courier at all, and the machine can be in your hands the day you order.
