Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Stocked items are dispatched the same working day when your order is placed before 12 noon IST, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 12 noon, or on a Sunday or a public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day. Made-to-order items are produced to order; we confirm the production time before you pay.

Store pickup

You can collect your order from our Pune store instead of having it couriered. Pickup is free and no shipping is charged. Choose “Pick up in Pune” at checkout, and we will call and email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Delivery

We ship across India by tracked courier, and delivery is free on every order — nothing is added at checkout. The delivery estimate shown against your PIN code at checkout is the courier's own; you will get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is booked.

Undelivered parcels

A wrong or unreachable phone number is the most common reason a courier fails a delivery. Please double-check the number on your address — if a parcel comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch, charged separately. Free delivery covers the first attempt, not a return caused by an unreachable number.
