Privacy Policy

This policy covers nexastep.in, operated by NexaStep Technologies Private Limited.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Order details: delivery and billing addresses, phone number, and what you bought.
• Payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

Why we use it

To take payment, produce and ship your order, issue a GST invoice, and answer support questions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment gateway (Razorpay) and our courier partners, who receive the delivery address and phone number so they can deliver the parcel.

Shared sign-in

NexaSTEP and TrueGTIN share one account system, so an account created on either site works on both, and your profile is common to them. Your order history is not: each shop shows only its own orders.

Retention

Orders and invoices are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.
